FAQs from Providers
How does Project Homes Gateway help providers?
We help you find and secure compliant, high-quality homes that match your service model — whether you’re a children’s home provider or a supported accommodation operator. We then connect you with reliable, ethical investors.
Is there a cost to register?
No — registration is completely free and includes a discovery call with one of our provider specialists.
What is the panel process?
Before we match you with investors, we conduct a quality review to understand your service, care model, and compliance status. This ensures we maintain high standards and effective partnerships.
What types of homes do you offer?
We source and develop bespoke homes for supported accommodation and children’s homes, including HMOs, C3(b) properties and full C2 conversions.
Can you help with planning and compliance?
Yes — our team can support you with planning permission, licensing, fire safety compliance, and lease structuring, depending on your needs.
What support do I get during the lease-up process?
We support you through matching, property fit-out, compliance setup and introductions to legal and funding specialists where needed.
How long does it take to find a suitable home?
This depends on your location and needs, but with clear requirements, we can often match you with investor-backed homes or begin sourcing within weeks.
Do I have to take on all properties offered?
No — you are in control. Firstly, we’ll only introduce you to properties that meet your specific criteria and needs. And even once we’ve selected an appropriate property, you’re under no obligation to proceed – although we’ve yet to have a provider reject one of our properties.
How do I get started?
Simply register on the site and book a free discovery call. We’ll learn more about your care provision and match you with the right support and property options.
“Within weeks of partnering with Project Homes Gateway, we had a purpose-built supported living home near our area, compliant, furnished, and accepted for placements. It was a game-changer.”
